To cover your annual national dues on allotment (completing the Allotment Enrollment application signals that you understand annual national dues are $48, or $4 per month on allotment):

• Complete the CPOA Regular Member (Allotment Enrollment) application

• Log in to DA and start your allotment for CPOA /CGEA Assoc beginning the 1st of the next pay month for $4 per month (you must complete this step; we are not connected to DA)

• Screenshot your My Voluntary Deductions page including 1) your name and 2) the entire CPOA /CGEA Assoc line item and send to membership@uscgcpoa.org (all other line items may be redacted). This is your proof of allotment election.

• Once we receive your My Voluntary Deductions page, we will activate your membership and your CPOA Welcome Packet will be mailed out within two (2) weeks.
